1. Share documents in your Team Folder library
You can share documents from your Team Folder library to external users as you would do in Google Drive.
2. Share documents in your Secured Folder library
To share documents in a Secured Folder library to external users, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact your AODocs super administrators to whitelist individual users, domains or Google groups.

Step 2: Once external users have been whitelisted, contact your library administrators to add the external users in the library security section.

To access your AODocs documents, the external users have to:
- Own a Google account. If external users don't have any Google account, they will need to associate a Google account with their existing email accounts. Learn more: Accessing AODocs without a G Suite or Gmail account.
- Install the AODocs Smartbar. Learn more: Install the AODocs Smartbar
Note: If external users already have access to AODocs on their domain, they will have to change the domain in the Smartbar. Learn more: AODocs Smartbar multi-domain usage
Even if external users have access to the AODocs library, they will not be able to create or upload documents from the Google Drive interface (even if they are contributors or administrators of the library).
