To share your Document Management library with external users:
1: Contact your super administrators to whitelist individual users, domains or Google groups. Learn more: Manage external users.
2: Once your external users have been whitelisted, contact your administrators to add the external users in the library security section. Learn about how to manage your library security settings from the AODocs user interface: Configure the library security settings.
To access your AODocs documents, your external users have to:
- access the AODocs user interface
- change the domain if needed in the AODocs user interface - learn more: Switch domain
Even if the external user has access to the AODocs library, they will not be able to create or upload documents.
