How to install the AODocs to Workplace connector

Pre-requisites:
- AODocs installed on your G Suite domain 
- Workplace instance set up
- Use a Workplace administratror

As a workplace administrator:

  1. Access the Admin Panel
  2. Under Integrations, select Available to install and search for AODocsimage1.png
  3. Press the + button to launch the installation process
  4. AODocs will ask you to grant permissions from Workplace
  5. Select All Groups or Specific Groups depending if you want the feature of the connector to be available to every group or only a selected subset.
  6. Once the connector is installed:

You can change connector using the Gear icon, to enable it on All Groups or Specific Groups. The configuration of the connector take place at this URL:

https://workplace-connector.aodocs.com/#/home

From there you will be able to configure the preview of the links and the connection of a Workplace Group to an AODocs library.
