Configure your Secured Folder

As a library administrator, you can configure your Secured Folder libraries in Google Drive if you have the AODocs Smartbar installed. Learn more: What is the AODocs Smartbar?

To open your Secured Folder Security center:

1. Access your Secured Folder in Google Drive.

2. Press the gear button next to the search bar.

The Secured Folder Security center has the following tabs:

General	You can: rename the Secured Folder’s root folder push the Secured Folder to the My Drive of all your users manage the time retention of deleted files learn more: Display, restore or delete files from the trash access the activity report of the Team Folder Learn more: Secured Folder security settings — General
Security	You can prevent users from: deleting files and folders in the Team Folder changing the permissions settings of files and folders in the Team Folder lock the folder structure Learn more: Secured Folder security settings — Security
Permissions	You can configure who has access to the Secured Folder. Learn more: Secured Folder security — Permissions
Properties	You can create and configure custom properties for your Secured Folder. Learn more: Secured Folder security — Properties
