With G Suite Business and G Suite Enterprise licenses, you have access to Team Drives.
As a library user, you can import files and folders from a Team Drive into an AODocs library.

Move files or folders from a Team Drive to a Team Folder
Prerequisites:
- You must have full access permission in your Team Drive.
- The target Team Folder must already be created and shared with you.
- The root of the target Team Folder must already be added to your My Drive.
1. Access your Team Drive and select the files and folders you want to import into AODocs.
2. Right-click a file or folder and select Move to.
3. Select My Drive and navigate to the Team Folder where you want to export the files. You can import to the Team Folder root or select a subfolder.
4. Press Move.

Note: The files or folders are removed from your Team Drive and exported to the selected Team Folder. Ownership is transferred from you to the storage account of the Team Folder.
Move files or folders from a Team Drive to a Secured Folder
Prerequisites:
- You must have full access permission in your Team Drive.
- The target Secured Folder must already be created and shared with you.
- The root of the target Secured Folder must already be added to your My Drive.
To export files or folders from a Team Drive to a Secured Folder, you must first export them to your My Drive or another temporary location.
1. Access your Team Drive and select the files and folders you want to import into AODocs.
2. Right-click a file or folder and select Move to.
3. Select My Drive or any other temporary location.
4. Press Move.
Note: This exports the files or folders from your Team Drive and gives the ownership to you.

5. To move your items to your Secured Folder, you can:
- right-click the selected items in My Drive and select Move to, then select a Secured Folder
- (if you're using the AODocs Smartbar) select the items individually and press the Import to AODocs button; then in the pop-up, select:
- the required Secured Folder
- the required subfolder (or the library root)
Note: The files or folders are removed from your My Drive and exported to the selected Secured Folder. Ownership is transferred from you to the storage account of the Secured Folder.

Note: Alternatively, you can use the Import folders from Google Drive feature in the AODocs interface.
Import files from a Team Drive to a Document Management library
Prerequisites:
- You must have full access permission in your Team Drive.
- The target Document Management library must already be created and shared with you.
1. Access your Team Drive and select the files you want to import into AODocs.
2. Right-click a file and select Move to.
3. Select My Drive or any other temporary location.
Note: This exports the files from your Team Drive and gives the ownership to you.
4. In the AODocs interface, create a new document. Then add the files you just exported from your Team Drive as attachments to your new document.
