With the AODocs Smartbar, you can view and edit the properties of your AODocs documents directly from Google Drive.
When hovering on a document managed by AODocs in Google Drive, click on “Show / Edit the properties & workflow” (1) to open the "Document information" pop-up. Note that this button only appears if there is at least a custom property or a workflow configured in your document class.
Note: The button “Show / Edit the properties & workflow” does not appear if you do a search in all your Google Drive files. However, it is shown when you use the AODocs “search in folder” feature.
