Manage your library labels

As a super administrator, to better organize the libraries on your AODocs homepage, you can tag your libraries with labels. These labels allow users to browse or filter the list of libraries displayed on the homepage.

As a super administrator, you can manage the list of existing library labels. You can:

Create new labels
Delete labels
Rename labels
Move labels


Create new labels

1. Access the AODocs homepage.

2. Press the Create new label button.

3. In the Labels pop-up, enter a label name.

4. Define where to add your label. You can:

  • select the home icon to add the label at the root level
  • select a label to nest the label under the selected label
  • press the right arrow to nest a label under an existing sub-label

    This creates a hierarchical structure of labels and sub-labels.

5. Press Save.


Delete labels

1. Press the gear button next to the label you want to delete. 

2. Select Delete in the pop-up menu.


Rename labels

1. Press the gear button next to the label you want to rename. 

2. Select Rename in the pop-up menu.

3. In the Labels pop-up, enter a new label name.

4. Press Save.


Move labels

1. Press the gear button next to the label you want to move. 

2. Select Move in the pop-up menu.

3. In the Labels pop-up, select the position in the hierarchy where you want to move the label.

4. Press Save.
